Fantini & Gorga arranged a $17.6 million construction loan for the development of 34 residential units known as the second phase of the Symphony Court Condominiums. The development is centrally located at 44 Burbank Street at the meeting point of several of Boston's most desirable neighborhoods; the South End, Back Bay and Fenway.
Once completed, the nine-story building will feature high ceilings, large windows and modern finishes. The structure of the building allows for unique layouts and ample natural light. The units will include hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets. Phase II will be connected to Phase I at the ground level and the two buildings will share amenities including the lobby, concierge, club room, fitness center and the parking garage.
Fantini & Gorga placed the financing with a major regional financial institution.
